Notice to whom it may concern on Australia's emergency alarm system test

The frequencies to be transmitted and their potential effects on the brain, mind and body are unknown to me, so I cannot possibly give my full and informed consent. Based on the evidence presented below, I am unable to trust that any assurances given about frequencies to be included or not included will be honoured.

As I have now clearly declined the contractual offer to transmit this to me, this broadcast must be cancelled nationally and indefinitely along with any other similar broadcast. Anyone directing it or allowing it to proceed will therefore be personally, financially, energetically and karmically liable for any damage it may cause to me or my family over whatever timescale.

To have any semblance of evidence-based credibility in questioning the need for the above statement, you would need to explain how governments can possibly have been caring for their populations, given the amount of well-credentialled contrary evidence presented in the references below. You would also need to produce researched published evidence, not funded by suppliers, demonstrating that the technology and all frequencies to be transmitted are safe. Beware of fact checkers being paid by government and corporate interests to push narrative, bury inconvenient truth and discredit truth-tellers.

Inclusion of something nefarious in this test signal is exactly the sort of dishonesty, gaslighting and betrayal that one would expect from psychopaths progressing eugenics. Who will be monitoring and publicly reporting on measurements of our well-being that might be affected, before and after this transmission?

The risk of that broadcast including infrasonic weaponry and/or other subliminal or sub-conscious, mind-manipulating frequencies/messaging is just too high to take, given the massive abuse of public trust demonstrated by commercial and government interests colluding for profit against the peoples of the world with seemingly eugenic intent, under cover of Climate Change and Covid. (Note: Infrasonic refers to the inaudible frequency range below the human bandwidth of around 20Hz.)

Ask yourself, when was the general public given a say in the introduction of any of 1 to 6G? Much has been known about the dangers of these various frequencies since the 1960s.

Microwave mass mind control weapons were tested in 1994 by the US Military on an unsuspecting and apparently expendable population in Rwanda during Operation Crimson Mist. This was then applied via the “Voice of God/Allah” weapon that reportedly won the Iraq war in 2003 by beaming mind-control frequencies/commands into enemy fighters’ brains, supposedly from Allah commanding them to lay down their weapons. Other weapons that so-called “fact checkers” discrediting reports of its application in war do not deny the existence of are LRAD (a non-lethal sound weapon that projects a focused cone of high-intensity sound that delivers spoken commands or a piercing tone) and V2S (Voice to Skull). Research has proceeded apace since then, as evidenced by development of the IoB (Internet of Bodies) and Microsoft’s IPO Patent WO2020060606 — for a cryptocurrency system using body activity data!

That patent was finalised in 2020, just in time for the Covid bioweapon rollout to proceed, ready for all the bodily data on its true effectiveness to be accessed, collected, mined, and of course, kept secret. Militaries and police forces have also been corporatised, effectively commandeering them into becoming mercenary forces at the direction of unknown corporate or other controllers, rather than protecting their own people.

The possibility exists for the proposed transmission to act upon the self-assembling graphene nanoparticles injected into all Covid-vaccinated people’s bodies. It could be used to, e.g., incite them to violence against the vaccinated, in a similar manner to what was done in Rwanda. Alternatively, frequencies could be selected to pacify the unvaccinated who are most likely to resist government/private sector deceit, profiteering and eugenics. It could also possibly lobotomise the vaccinated. Whatever is attempted, it will be messing with our brain frequencies and our wellbeing, without our knowledge or consent.

It is of great concern that the government notice advised that future alerts can be sent for biohazard outbreaks, which it may well itself constitute, as well as for health emergencies — “for example, pandemics or other major public health issues”.

Rather than providing safety, this is establishing the infrastructure for much more draconian measures than were applied supporting the pharmaceutical fraud perpetrated during Covid.

For your own safety, anyone reading this can make a public statement like that above. Free speech, independent thought and uncensored social media are such a threat to the world controllers that the continuous monitoring by their AI surveillance algorithms will find it, wherever you post it on any big-tech platform. It will then be flagged and passed to the controllers who believe in karmic consequences and who will wish to avoid it accruing to them.

The contract law they operate under requires consent. This is often manufactured by stealth, advising those to be abused via mediums such as film, where audiences have no chance of responding. The silence resulting from this is taken as consent, which legally it is, even though morally and lawfully it isn’t. Make sure this doesn’t happen here. Find your voice and your keyboard. Advise publicly anywhere you can that you do not consent, and encourage others to do the same. The greater the volume the harder it will be for the perpetrators to ignore.

I also suggest you make this known to your local politicians. While they don’t control anything in their electorates that matters to the global controllers’ power, they can still make noise that mainstream might report. If you press them, you will at least see how prepared they are to take any serious action in the interest of true community safety.

We also need to be identifying the (knowing and unknowing) “useful idiots” who are enabling and implementing this, and then peacefully and lawfully shaming them out of proceeding with it as well, reminding them that following orders was not an acceptable defence at the Nuremberg trials.

The eugenic psychopaths seem to have been emboldened by what our trusting natures have allowed them to get away with in Covid. We must learn very quickly now to detect their deceit and betrayal. We then need to call it out loudly and make it clear that we do not accidentally contract with them and that we do not consent. This requires withdrawing our hitherto blind trust in authority and persisting with insisting upon difficult matters being addressed.

Much chaos creation and eugenic poisoning have been perpetrated by stealth. This seems to have progressed to the stage where the initiators think they can be much more brazen without risking detection, openly mocking us and our trusting natures that supposedly “proves” we deserve extermination because of (what they judge that to be) our own stupidity.

So, what could be more public than this looming supposed test? The Covid fraud had to be conducted behind the shield of statistically manipulated “scientific” papers where the conflicts of financial interest were disregarded. This alert is right out in the open. Of course, we are not being told about all the military research and technology behind it. Then there’s the matter of how such technology has been so easily commandeered by commercial and eugenic interests that do not care for us, hiding this under the smokescreen/Trojan Horse of care for the health of the planet (with most of us not intended to be on it).

You must recognise that betrayal is the stock-standard psychopathic tool of trade, which, incredibly, they find exciting. You must get over the incredulity and cognitive dissonance of this very fast now, for your own survival.

If you fell for the Covid betrayal, now is the time to redeem yourself. You have enormous power in your energetic connection to source via your pineal gland that all the frequency modulation going on has been attempting to sever by atrophying it. Your quaternary DNA has far more power than the binary digital AI that they are trying to deceive you into believing is your new “data God”.

This test signal holds the possibility of being a “walls of Jericho” weapons test, to see what further destruction of our pineal glands or other physical biochemistry they can get away with before going for the real knockout blow. The militaries of the world have been spending billions on this sort of weaponry, at taxpayer expense, of course.

While we can’t be sure of the actual true purpose of this particular test broadcast, if we were to adopt a normal corporate risk-averse approach, we would presume that past performance is the best indicator of future behaviour. Normal, prudent risk management would then find this is far too big a risk to countenance as the likelihood (the possibility of nefarious intent) is far too high and the consequences are also just too big (catastrophic), making the product of the two inconceivable. Anything to the contrary is “just trust me” gaslighting. Why should anyone run that risk, particularly when it’s people’s lives that are at stake here. How is it even possible that standard risk management does not even consider eugenics? That is surely an enormous and deliberate failure of corporate risk management practice.

The government, in service of the psychopaths who rule the world, have taken our guns and now seem to want to take our minds as well — to make us completely controllable and helpless to resist their feudal-style enslavement and eugenics.

Betrayal happens best when it is least expected. Evil happens when good people do nothing or don’t notice. Now that you are aware of the possibility of your survival being at stake, you will hopefully feel motivated to do something about it — such as making a public statement like that suggested above. We owe it to our children and families. We all have a personal duty of care to others. We all need to personally speak out publicly, loudly and clearly about this, advising that we do not consent.

Covid was a compliance test the world’s population comprehensively failed. All the techniques learned from the Nazi T4 Euthanasia program worked very well for the Covid betrayal, setting us up for much greater betrayal horrors by electronic means now. We failed the Covid test. Let’s make sure we “pass” this one. We all must wake up fast to this betrayal now, before we are all fully lobotomised and our ability to think critically is removed. The technology exists at scale to do it.
